He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Buzzard and Virginia Buzzard. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Buzzard; his children, John (Laura Buzzard), Josh (Danielle Buzzard) and Kerbi (Brad White); his grandchildren, Makenzie, Taylor Buzzard, Colten, Emma Buzzard, Jayce and Jayke White; his sister Patricia (Ronnie Batten); his siblings-in-law, Tammy (Kenny), Buck, Leslie Tyree of Delaware, Dave and Dee Tyree of Middleport Oh; and his pet Dolly.
