He was predeceased by: his father Everett Cecil; his siblings, Clyde Sayre and Cathy; and his brother-in-law Bill Carleton. He is survived by: his wife Deloris Gail Sayre; his daughter Sherry Werry (Ray) of Racine; his granddaughters, Erin Chapman of Belpre and Jamie Dwyer (Keith) of Racine; his great grandchild Kenna Castor; his brothers, Brady Sayre of Pomeroy and Terry Sayre (Sharon) of Fernandina Beach; his sister-in-law Debbie Sayre of Racine; his close friends, Harold Whitt (Slyvia) of Columbus, Ohio., Tammy Smith of Columbus, Ohio. and Dreama Dickens (Jeff) of Columbus, Ohio.; and his pet Sissy.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Larry's memory to the Ohio Health Kobacker House, 800 McConnell Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43214 who provided exceptional care and comfort to Larry and his family in his final days.
