She is survived by: her mother Susan Winebrenner (Zuspan) of Syracuse; her husband Keith Howell; her children, Christian Brenner Howell and Ellie Rebecca Howell; her sisters, Mary Winebrenner Lundell and Paula Winebrenner Daugherty (Jim); her mother-in-law Vicki Howell; her siblings-in-law, Cindee Rolston (Myron), Kent Howell (Kim) and Jeff Howell (Amanda); and her nieces and nephews, Andrew, Meredith, Danielle, Joshua, Joseph, Gabrielle, Joel, Ian, Jesse, Ruby, Ethan and Lainey.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions in memory of Becky Howell be made to the Mulberry Kitchen Ministry.
