He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Cozart and Gertrude Cozart (Paranish); his siblings, Charles Robert Cozart, Robert Roscoe Cozart, Lois Marie Cozart, Wilma Rae Smith (Cozart), Paul Thomas Cozart and Chrystal Elaine Cozart; his grandson Kyran; and his former wife Linda Cozart (Warner).
He is survived by: his brothers, John Wesley and Edward Michael Cozart; his sons, Ryan and Mark Cozart; his granddaughter Reise Cozart; and his former spouse Robin Hubbard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand- nieces and nephews.
