He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rowe and Virginia Snyder Rowe; and his siblings, Donna Hawk, Judy Nelson, Anthony Rowe, Ricky Rowe, Jerry Rowe and John H Rowe.
He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Tuttle (Rod) of Racine, Becky Davidson (Rodney Reeves) of Albany and Jay D Rowe of Middleport; his sister-in-law Carolyn Brooks; and his close friends, Shirley Fichter and Evelyn Stephens.
