She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugo Brown and Katherine Brown (Rodenbucher); her daughter Marga; her granddaughter Lindsay; and her siblings, Katherine, Mary, John and Ann.

She is survived by: her husband Anthony "Tony" Heppe; and her children, Tony Heppe (Debi), Linda Dussel (Mike), Ron Heppe (Pat), Tim Heppe (Kim), Lisa McGlothlin (Ed) and Jenni Martin (Jeff). She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren and her many great-grandchildren.
