He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Samuel Enz, Sr. and Carla Pendelton Enz; his son Allen Enz; and his siblings, Ramona Enz Mason and Eugene Samuel Enz, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughter Janene Howard (Robb) of Lucasville; his grandchildren, Jordan Gambill and Makenzie Howard; his son Matt Enz (Ginger) of Hurricane; and his grandchildren, Parker Enz and Myla Enz. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
