She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry McConnell and Pearl McConnell (Kuhns); her children, Gregory A. Smith (Leslie) and Sandy J. Taylor (Ted Taylor); her husband Donald L. Smith; and her siblings, Frank, Earl, Wilkus, Charles, Gerald McConnell, Elsie Zylka, Ruth Washburn, Alice Kreinbrook, Mary May, Fern Neuman and June Grimm.

She is survived by: her children, Tammy L. Fischer (Ron Fischer), Donald J. Smith (Monica) and Ronald J. Smith (Niki); her grandchildren, Benjamin Smith, Kelley Mehallis (Smith), Tim Taylor, Torrey Taylor, Bethany Fischer, Eric Fischer, Brandon Smith, Caleb Smith, Breena Smith, Logan Smith, Katie Smith, Tyler Smith, Samantha Smith and Hunter Farley; and her siblings, Rosalie Garchar and Jean Michalczyk.
