Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Charles L. leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Geneva Tawney (Smith) and Cecil Tawney; and his sisters, Eleanor Shedan and Sandra Denton. He is survived by: his wife Karol Tawney; his daughters, Terri Wilson (Jim) of Ravenna and Cherie Altsman of Cranberry Twp, PA; and his granddaughters, Hannah and Megan Altsman.

Contributions may be made to the Portage County APL, honoring Chuck's love of animals.
