It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Darrell R. Harper (Ravenna, Ohio), who passed away on July 30, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Luther Harper and Helen Virginia Harper (Morrison); his brother James G. Harper; and his pet Panda. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Jane Harper (Olin); his children, Scott Harper (Chrissie) of Ravenna, OH and Bethany Darby (Sean) of Brimfield, OH; his grandsons, Joshua, Eli and Michael Harper; his children, Brett, Ryan Darby, Nathan Ledford and Natalie Nutter; and his sisters, Joyce Ann Randolph of Weirton, WV and Carol Tucker of Gettysburg, PA. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home (703 E Main St, Ravenna, OH 44266).
