He is survived by: his sons, William Kotrick (Linda) and Robert Kotrick (Kristine); his daughter-in-law Amy Kotrick; his granddaughters, Sara Erb (Kirsten), Meagan Kotrick and Erin Kotrick; his great grandchild Merritt George Erb; and his brothers, Alex Kotrick (Louise) and John Kotrick (Kathy).
