It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack J. Chambers of Ravenna, Ohio, who passed away on March 16, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughters, Jackie Chambers Lapadula and Laura Chambers; his brother Kenny Chambers; and his parents-in-law, Warren Davis, Beverly Brode and Darold Davis.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn C. Chambers (Davis); his daughter Peggy Collins (Bob); his son-in-law Sal Lapadula; his grandchildren, Dominic Lapadula, Holly Lapadula, Kelly Collins and Cole Collins; his brother Lee Chambers (Marion); and his parents-in-law, Nancy Davis, Jerry Brode (Dottie) and Marcia Landon.

They also ask that in lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to First United Methodist Church Ravenna, Ohio or the Portage County APL.
