With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey L Rice of Ravenna, Ohio, who passed away on November 4, 2023 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jeffrey L Rice to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Alva and Thelma Lee; and his siblings, James Michael and Beverly Ann. He is survived by : his daughter Cocker Spaniels; his pets, Kennedy, Toby and Sofia; his wife Debbie; his daughters, Tawnya Bosko (Mark) and Alyssa Ferraro (Paul); his grandson Graham Jeffrey; and his siblings, Brian and Karen North. He is also survived by friends, love of animals and devotion to his daughters and wife.

Per Jeff's wishes, no services will be held and any remembrances may be made to the Portage Animal Protective League in Ravenna at portageapl.org.
