He was predeceased by: his parents, John McGraw Green and Marjorie Ruth Green (Rowland); and his wife Ruth Ellen Green (Cross). He is survived by: his son John Green, Jr. (Valerie); his grandsons, Justin Green (Jill) and Joshua Green (Rachel); his great grandchildren, Madison Green and Maci Green; and his sister-in-law Mary Jo Cross. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
