He is survived by: his wife Jill Fankhauser; his children, Molly, Jake and Noah; his sisters, Beth Russell and Marla Boltz; his in-laws, Keith and Joyce Siegfried; his siblings-in-law, Beth Siegfried (Tim Nightengale) and Jason Russell (Beth); and his nephew Michael Boltz (Ellie). He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
