She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Kaminski and Victoria Zebracki Kaminski. She is survived by : her daughter Eileen Pantalone; her daughter-in-law Diane Pustay of Girard; her grandchildren, Lori Manion (Edward) of Mogadore, Amber Curtis (Mario) of Germany, Ashley Zarletti (Dominic) of Allison Park, PA and Dr. Kevin Pantalone (Tanya) of Stow; her great grandchildren, Carmine, Carly, Cara Pantalone of Stow, Tommy and Arielle Zarletti of Allison Park, PA; her husband Peter F. Pustay; her son Thomas Pustay; her son-in-law Al Pantalone; and her siblings, John, Edward, Joseph, Stanley, Walter, Francis Kaminski, Nelli Kaminski and Julia Ivanisin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; many great-nieces and great-nephews and many great-great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Mary's family suggests memorial contributions be made to either St. Rose Church or to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 5075 Windfall Rd., Medina, OH 44256 in Mary's memory.
