He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael P. Hite and Maryann D. Hite (Markul). He is survived by: his wife Nanette Hite; his sons, Tyler Hite (Maddison Ubinski) and Patrick Hite; his grandson Clayton Hite; and his siblings, Mikey Hite, Jr., Meghan White (Justin) and Ben Schneff (Sue). He is also survived by many nieces, nephew, aunts, uncles, cousin and friends.
