He is survived by: his wife Lisbeth Krulan (Betsy); his children, Robert, Jr. (Jackie), Stevan Jevon and Tia (Roosevelt); his grandchildren, Zaria, Jasmyn Justice, Leaaron Austin, Trinity, Roosevelt (Tre), Violet, Dylan Ross, Alex (Chelsea), Nick (Lindsay) and Benjamin Akey (Sandy); his great grandchildren, Mckenzie, Brody, Rylie, Kayla and Zoey Akey; his brother Willie Paul Justice (Shirley); his sister-in-law Sandra McKinney (Chick); and his sibling's children, Sharon Sumpter, Roy McKinney, Retha Bonner, Trina Taylor, Theresa McKinney, Pauletta McKinney, Jermaine Justice, Tyrone Justice (TJ), Sherice Justice, Shamika Justice-Ransom, VaLandia Justice and Willie Paul Justice Jr. (PJ).
