He is survived by: his parents, Michael Moore (Liz Jett) and Jeanetta Burton (Michael); his siblings, Michael Moore (Morgan Thornton) and Kaitlyn Parris (David Lacey); his niece Lynndy Brock; his grandparents, Sandy Laughlin, Kay Warren and Larry Moore (Paula); and his aunts and uncles, Gary Queen, John McGurer (Jaclyn), Amy Moore, Kelly Olson (Sparky), Kim Martin (Jimmy) and April White (Chris). He is also survived by many other extended family members and dear, dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Carlson Funeral Homes - Garrettsville (8382 Center St, Garrettsville, OH 44231).
