She is survived by: her son Curtis O'Neil of Lebanon, OH; her father Tommy Lee O'Neil Sr. (Essey) of Atlanta, GA; and her brothers, Tommy Lee O'Neil Jr. (Joan) of Chesapeake, VA and Stephen B. O'Neil of Ravenna, OH. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews and relatives and friends.
