She is survived by: her children, Donna Zager (Sammy Adkins) of Sandy Hook, KY, Rick Jarvis (Dorothy) of Sutton, WV and Bill Jarvis (Trisha) of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; her grandchildren, Sabryna Moats, Levi, Lauryn and Blayne Jarvis; and her great grandchildren, Jase, Avaya and River Moats. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
