Thomas McDonald (Patricia); his stepchildren, Mark Wellington (Jenny), Adam Wellington (Jessica) and Stacey Wolfson (Jeff) of Marietta, GA; his grandchildren, Breanna, Madison, McKenzie, Mallory, River, Vivien and Ivy; and his great grandchildren, Kai and Brynlee.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
