She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Woodruff and Grace Woodruff (Lamb); her siblings, Steve Woodruff, Karen Musgrave and Barbara Woodruff; and her grandson Josh Clark.

She is survived by: her sons, Bryan Clark (Julie) of Van Buren, Todd Clark (Lisa) of Forest and Greg Clark (Rae) of Arlington; and her sisters, Lynn Inmon of Dunkirk and Alice Barber of Marysville. She is also survived by several grand children and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
