He was predeceased by: his parents, William Toole and Ina May Dumm Toole; his wife Vivian Jean Kuhn Toole; his daughter Tina Marie Toole; and his son-in-law Ned Wallace.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Johnston (Rick Fout), Rebecca Wallace and Patty Smith (Rob); his grandchildren, Bradley Toole (Kaitlyn), Nathan Wallace and Brittany Smith; his great grandchildren, Jason Smith, Vivian Toole, Josie Brown and Nylah; his siblings, Douglas Toole, Esther Durrent and Becky Toole; and his close friends, Rosie, Tim Nichols, Jimmy Gregg and Stephy Ward. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends and special neighbors.
