She was predeceased by: her parents, James I. Evans and Bettie Jane Hardesty Evans; and her sister Sharon Trimmer. She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Caplinger (Candice), Elizabethann Jane Moore (Chad) and Samantha Marie Lucas (Nate); her grandchildren, Kayla Jane, Kinsey, Hayden, Sophia, Hayleigh, Sabrina and Coen; her great grandchild Kover; her brothers, Steve Evans (Cheryl) and John Evans (Danese); and her close friend Jack Clary. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in Kim's memory be given to the Jackson County Dog Pound, P.O. Box 606, Jackson, Ohio 45640.
