Ray Williams Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ray Williams of Raymond, Ohio, born in Mount Vernon, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 27, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlene May (Byall) and Paul Delmar Williams; his wife Barbara S. Dunagan; his grandparents, Arlan and Eudora; and his brothers-in-law, David Dunagan and Wade Gillespie.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Marofsky (Donald) of Centerburg and Lee Williams of Mount Vernon; his granddaughter Alyxis Lambert (Alek); his great grandchild Braelynn Lambert; his sister Sandy O'Dell of Mount Vernon; his uncle Leroy Byall; his sisters-in-law, Jill Gillespie and Sue Dunagan; Joe and Mike Shrimplin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and his great friends.
Viewing was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fischer Funeral Home (403 High St, Danville, OH 43014). A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
