He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Hyatt Kaminsky; his sister Tina Kaminsky (Ralph Issacs); his sons, Tom Kaminsky (Gloria) and Tim Kaminsky (Carole); his grandchildren, Angela Callahan (Cody), Sarah Rurik (Blake), Lia Kaminsky, Kyle Kaminsky and Kaitlyn Kaminsky; his stepchildren, Kimberley Szymczyk (Mike), Timothy Hyatt (Nancy) and Kristi Breyer; and his stepgranddaughters, Chloe Hyatt, Ava Hyatt, Hazel Breyer and Scarlett Breyer.
