It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donna Faye Harper of Republic, Ohio, who passed away on May 20, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Phillips and Faye Geneva Phillips (Hayward); her adoptive parents, Ord Shankle and Thelma Shankle; her son Jack Harper II; her grandson Charles Harper; and her siblings, Glenn, Harold "Skinny", Clyde Shankle, Dewayne, Doug Phillips, Dorothy Cantrell and Marvis Lewis.

She is survived by: her children, Catherine (Kevin Somers) of Tiffin, Jeff Harper (Christine) of Milan, Kay Trina Harper of Fremont, Annett Harper of Tiffin and Mark Harper of Republic; and her siblings, Doyle Phillips of Wilson, NY, Dorsey Phillips of Chesapeake, VA, Daniel Phillips of Richmond, VA, Dave Phillips of Sodas, NY and Ethel Lawson of Massillon. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
