He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Wise and Mary Wise (Lumen); his wife Janet (Whipple); and his siblings, Chuck, Harry Wise and Marijane Legron.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas Wise (Brenda) of Tiffin and Tricia Bowerman (Denny) of Republic; and his sister Charlotte Boltz of Mount Cory, OH.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
