He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer J. Kolker and Marie A. Kolker (Wray); his sisters, Christine Kolker and Annette Kovach; and his son-in-law Scott Goins.
He is survived by: his wife Karen (Nimrichter); his children, Julie Goins of Sandusky, Kimberly Schreiner (Scott) of Republic and Pat Kolker (Katherine) of Bishop, California; and his sister Deborah Mellott (James) of Waynesville, Ohio.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
