He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Cary Hock (Jennifer) of Pataskala, Ohio, Jon Hock (Staci) of Blacklick, Ohio, Angela Biller of Columbus, Ohio and Kelly Lutz (Brad) of London, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Jadalynn Biller, Justin Charles Biller, Allison Hock, Cody Hock, Emma-Leigh Hock, Samantha Lascola, Charles Lutz and Katherine Lutz; and his cousin Charles "Butch" Lewis. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
