She is survived by: her children, Lee Stephens (Lisa), Sherry Caserta (Tom), Tammy Stephens and Noah Stephens; her grandchildren, Thomas Caserta (Jennifer), Amanda Ekwall (Rob), Monica Wilbanks (Anthony), Sara Hickman (Bud), Kayla Stephens and Rebekah Stephens; her great grandchildren, Anthony Caserta, Jack Ekwall and Victoria Hickman; and her siblings, Bonna Bates, Trudy Annese, Gary Ellis, John Ellis, Phillip Ellis and Jerry Ellis.
