He is survived by: his close friend LaDonna Haley; his children, Cary VanHorn (Brian), David Roby (Cathy), Tina Bissel (Chris) and Devon Westbrook (Joel); and his siblings, Cynthia Gervais (Dale) and Phillip Roby. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
