He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Crabtree and Anna Mae Crabtree (Slater). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Crabtree (Midkiff); his daughters, Debbie Taylor (Larry), Lesa Herold (Chris) and Kelley Parsley (Brian Taylor); and his grandchildren, Brock, Kelsey Taylor, Grace, Quinn Herold, Mady, Grant Parsley and Connor Taylor.
