She is survived by: her son Chase Clark; her daughter-in-law Christina Clark; her grandchildren, Noah Clark, MaKenzie Clark and Nolan Clark; her siblings, Linda Seesholtz and Reverend David Wade; and her sister-in-law Rebecca Wade. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
