He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Cook and Anna Cook (Fout); his wife Bonnie Cook; his brother Luke Cook; and his son Jason Cook.
He is survived by: his children, Josh Cook (Tali Anderson) and Heather Penha (Ebenezer Penha); his grandchildren, Mikayla Sullivan (Todd Sullivan), Aliana Penha, Sarah Bradley (Chase Bradley) and Logan Cook; and his great grandchildren, Luna Sullivan and Mia Sullivan.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
