It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marvel Carter of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, born in Homer, Ohio, who passed away on October 26, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Spicer and Weltha Spicer (Dildine); her husband Lewis Carter; her brother Ray; and her sister-in-law Ruth Ann Spicer.

She is survived by: her children, Terrence Carter (Jackie) of Jackson, MI and Sherree Cecil (Bob); and her close friend Ruby Cecil. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
