He is survived by: his wife Rita (Salter); his sons, Michael, Mark (Jennifer) and Matthew (Kassie); his grandchildren, Lillian, Emma and Dallas; and his siblings, Dennis (Sue), Gail (Scott), Elliot and Ginny Tomcko (Lenny). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and his great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Randy's name to Ohio's Hospice Foundation at http://ohioshospice.org. or to St. Pius the X Catholic Church, 1051 S. Waggoner Rd., Reynoldsburg, Ohio, in his memory.
