She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sladek and Helen Sladek of Luke's Hospital; her husband Charles "Buzz" Klagge; her sister Sharon; her daughter Chris; and her granddaughter Jessica.
She is survived by: her children, James (Kathy) of Blacksburg, VA, David (Anne) of Cleveland, OH and Jill O'Banion (Doug) of Xenia, OH; her son-in-law Dale Stanley of Richfield, OH; and her niece Lorene Coe (Curtis) of Boise, ID.. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the church or to the Summit County Humane Society.
