He was predeceased by: his parents, John Zak and Marcella Zak. He is survived by: his wife Laura Zak; his sons, Jeremiah (Colleen), Josh and Jonathan (Mackenzie); his grandchildren, Kylie, Hayden, Addison, Emerson, Charlotte and Harper; and his siblings, Marcia, Greg (Carol), Tim (Rosemary), Winny and Doug (Linda).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richfield Heritage Preserve (4374 Broadview Rd, Richfield, OH 44286).
