He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Manley and Margaret Manley (Stein); and his siblings, Fred Manley, Mary Hendricks and Gerry Thompson.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Manley (Osterhage); his children, Kelly Jaent, Scott Manley (Patrice), Lynne Hanna (Paul), Brian Manley (Mary Catherine), Leslie Genske (Greg), David Manley (Linda) and Mollie Sheu (Robert); his grandchildren, Joshua (Mackenzie), Katie, Anne (Victor), Brock, Aubry, Elizabeth, Greg, Evan, Lucy, Ginnie Rose, Jacob, Trooper, Monte, Jackson, Amelia and Owen; and his siblings, Judy Just and Tony Manley.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Waite Funeral Home (3300 Center Rd, Brunswick, OH 44212). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church (1088 Ridge Rd, Hinckley, OH 44233).
