She is survived by: her daughter Dr. Samantha O'Leary; her son-in-law Patrick O'Leary; her husband Hayden Jeffrey Shupe; her daughter Stephanie; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Leanna and Hayden; and her siblings-in-law, Lynn Rollins, Linda Rollins and David Shupe. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
