He is survived by : his wife Karen Marie (Grzybowski); his children, Brian Bush (Amy) and Amy Vermilion (Michael); his grandchildren, Abby, Aidan, Andrew, Daxton and Ellisyn; and his siblings, Irene Burkhardt (late Gordon), Tom Bush (Theresa) and Jane Cicero (Joe).
