He was predeceased by: his parents, George Choma and Helen Choma (Mohnacky); and his siblings, John, Joseph, George and Ann.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, James (Jan), Matthew (Penny) and Tracy Geagan (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Michael, Elizabeth, Sydney, Jack, Aubrey and Paige.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the St. Matthew's Episcopal Church (9549 Highland Dr, Brecksville, OH 44141).
