She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Shank; her children, D. Lynne Holder (Stephen), Patricia Bartlebaugh (Scott) and Daniel Shank (Chris Brandle); her grandchildren, Jeb Holder (Amy), Ame Iwan (Scott) and Hannah Bartlebaugh; her great grandchildren, Juniper and Poppy; her pets, Dolly and Ana; and her niece Frances Booterbaugh.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Etta's memory to Hospice of the Western Reserve, whose compassion and care brought comfort in her final days.
