He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hughes (Wallace); his children, Bryan Hughes (Wendy) and Belinda Anderson (Eric); his siblings, Odis L. Hughes, James B. Taylor and Deana L. Nadeau; his grandchildren, Garrett, Josh, Dana, Kelli, Jon and Julia; and his great grandchildren, Lucy and Felix.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home (685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
