He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Colson (Reed); his son David Brandon Colson, Sr. (Jody); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Maddie Keener, David Colson, Jr. (Mara) and Jaison Colson; and his great grandchild David Colson III.
