David F. Ramsey Obituary

David F. Ramsey, born on July 13, 1962, passed away on October 18, 2026. David leaves behind family members and others who acknowledge this loss. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. and Mary E. Ramsey (Devault); his sisters, Deborah Ann and Barbara Jean; and his sisters-in-law, Lois Ramsey, Sue Stroud and Candy Annibaldi.

He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Ramsey (Stroud); his children, Kris Ramsey (Amanda), Kaleena Stackhouse (Ryan), Bryan Ramsey (Elissa) and Alicia Jolly (Chase); his siblings, Jim Ramsey (Peggy) and Amy Scott (Robert); and his grandchildren, Cole, Natalie Ramsey, Kason, Adalyn Stackhouse, Jaiden, Miley, Clair Jolly, Justin and Phoenyx Ramsey. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Richmond United Methodist Church (112 S Sugar St, Richmond, OH 43944).
