He was predeceased by: his parents, William Skinner and Iva Skinner; his wife Claire Skinner (Bruno); his daughter Pamela Altieri; his granddaughter Diana Skinner; and his sisters, Dolores, Carrie and Leona.
He is survived by: his children, William Skinner (Karen) of Steubenville, Janet Valentine (Mark) of Fairview, Texas and Christina Lanham (Eric) of Niles, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Jenny, Katy, Antionette, Layne, Olivia, Montana, Joshua, Nathan and Ryan. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Nazarene Church in Weirton, West Virginia.
