He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Ralph, Imogene Proffitt and Howard D. Hout; and his uncle Ronald "Ronnie" Hout. He is survived by : his parents, Ralph Proffitt and Joyce Proffitt (Hout); his son Justin Walker; his grandmother Betty Hout; and his siblings, Jack Proffitt (Marian) and Stacey Snyder (Rick). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
